Products Introduction
On the following pages I have the boards grouped based on the way they might be used. However, just because I may have boards on the "Cutting Boards" page does not mean that they cannot be used as serving boards. Use your board however you choose. Some customers will use the bottom of a board to do their cutting and then turn the board over and use that side to serve. This will leave the knife marks on the bottom so as not to be seen when serving.
The more often you cut on your board, of course it will accumulate a lot of knife marks. That's ok. As long as you keep it cleaned, and periodically waxed/oiled it's fine. If you don't like the knife marks, a light sanding and re waxing/oiling will having it looking like new again (as long as the cut marks are not too deep). If you live locally here in Ventura County and prefer not to do this, contact me and I'll be happy to do it for you for a very minimal cost.
